Every raffall features a genuine rare Alocasia from our UK nursery — not mass produced, not common. Something worth winning.
We cap every raffall at 200 tickets. That's it. Real odds, real chance — not a lottery with thousands of entries.

Description
Looking for Zeolite? This naturally occurring mineral aggregate — sourced as Clinoptilolite — is one of the most technically impressive components you can add to a rare Alocasia substrate mix. Unlike inert aggregates that simply occupy space, zeolite is an active participant in your soil ecosystem, working hard between waterings to support root health at a chemical level.
Zeolite's standout property is its exceptional cation exchange capacity (CEC). As a negatively charged particle, it attracts and stores the positively charged nutrient ions — potassium, calcium, iron and more — released during fertilising, then exchanges them directly with plant roots on contact. This means nutrients are held in reserve rather than leaching straight out of the pot with each watering. For rare Alocasia, where consistent access to balanced nutrition directly supports healthy variegation expression and vigorous root development, this makes zeolite a genuinely useful component rather than a marketing addition.
Beyond its nutrient-storage properties, zeolite also aerates the substrate by creating air chambers within the mix, and regulates moisture by absorbing excess water and releasing it gradually — reducing both the risk of waterlogging and the sharp wet-dry cycling that can stress sensitive root systems. It also absorbs impurities that accumulate in the pot over time, helping keep the root environment clean. Available in fine grade (3–5mm), which is specifically suited to the finer root structure of Alocasia.
Key Features:
Zeolite is a component included in Soil Ninja's own Premium Alocasia Blend for good reason — add it to your custom mix at 10–15% and let it do the quiet, consistent work that keeps your collector plants thriving between drops.
