About the collection

JUST LANDED

New arrivals at The Alocasia Company are not restocks. What appears in this collection is genuinely new to us: plants that have reached the stage where we are ready to assess them, list them and offer them to collectors for the first time. When something appears here it is because we have grown it on, looked at it properly, and decided it is ready.

The pace of new listings reflects the reality of growing rare Alocasia properly. Corms take time to establish. Juveniles take time to develop true variegation expression. Established plants brought in as stock need time in our substrates before they are settled enough to move on. That means new arrivals appear on their own schedule, not on a weekly release calendar and not driven by commercial convenience, but when the plants themselves are ready.

If you want to be first to know when something new lands, particularly the rarer cultivars and collector-grade specimens that sell quickly, joining our drop list is the most reliable way to stay ahead. New arrivals go to our collector list before they are promoted anywhere else.
