The Alocasia Company prides itself on being a leader in plant knowledge and expertise. We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional quality plants and outstanding customer service. We proudly offer a 7-day live arrival guarantee on all our plants, ensuring the health and quality of every plant we deliver.

Plant Imperfections & Acclimation Plants are sensitive to significant environmental changes, and as living organisms, they may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections upon arrival. We meticulously photograph and document our plants, specifically noting any blemishes before shipping. Due to shipping processes, it is normal and expected for your plant to require several days or even weeks to acclimate fully to its new environment before thriving and growing.

Order Issues & Support If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days from receiving your plant. Reach out to us at sales@TheAlocasiaCompany.co.uk with your order number, full name, and several clear photos of the plant in question. Prompt communication helps us quickly and efficiently assist you.

Important Guarantee Information Compensation cannot be guaranteed if we are not informed within the 7-day notification period. After this timeframe, we cannot verify or guarantee the care and environmental conditions the plant has experienced. Please note, repotting your plant within the initial 7-day guarantee period will void our guarantee.

Guarantee Exclusions

  • Natural variations in colour, shape, and markings are not covered by our guarantee. These variations reflect the beauty and uniqueness inherent in nature.

  • The Alocasia Company is not responsible for damage resulting from customer mishandling. Proper care of plants is the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Claims or returns are not accepted for plants that have been repotted or pruned by customers.

  • We cannot assume responsibility for missed deliveries due to incorrect customer contact details or addresses provided at checkout. Our guarantee does not extend to parcels left in outdoor locations by delivery services at the customer's request.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not issue refunds for plants returned to us following multiple missed delivery attempts or non-collection from delivery points.
