Returns
We have a 30-day return policy on non-perishable items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that plants, corms, and all other perishable items are excluded from this policy. Due to their living nature, these cannot be returned once dispatched. Any issues with plants on arrival are covered under our separate Live Arrival Guarantee.
To be eligible for a return, non-perishable items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at sales@thealocasiacompany.co.uk. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Plants, corms, and all perishable items
Custom or personalised orders
Sale items
Gift cards


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return the original (where eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
