Alocasia Antoro Velvet Pink: Extremely Rare Pink Variegated Velvet Houseplant
One of the rarest Alocasia in cultivation. The Alocasia Antoro Velvet Pink is extremely rare and very hard to find, following on from the standard and well-loved Antoro Velvet, with pink variegated leaves that read as a glowing pink hue against the dark undersides.
Why Collectors Treasure Antoro Velvet Pink
This super rare pink variegated form holds the attention of the most dedicated growers, its textured velvety leaves carrying soft pink tones that the dark undersides lift further. A synonym of Alocasia genus 'Chienlii', the plant was unofficially dubbed 'Antoro Velvet' after Sahmantoro, the Indonesian grower of Antoro Flora who found it in the rainforest, which makes this pink form more notable still for its heritage and rarity.
