Extremely rare for good variegation, and very sought after.
Regal Shields is a hybrid of A. odora and A. reginula, with huge, slightly ruffled, shield-shaped leaves. This is the albo form, with clean white variegation laid over dark green. Good variegation on Regal Shields is extremely rare, and it is very sought after.
The mother plant
The lead photo at the top of this page and the two below are the mother plant. The four plants in this drop are juvenile plants, corm grown from her, so you can see exactly what you are growing.

The mother plant, shown above. The four plants for sale are juvenile plants, corm grown from her.
The four
Each one carries its variegation differently, from near-black green with white, pink and bright green sectors, to heavily cream and pale green. Plants are numbered 1 to 4 in the order the photos appear, so you can choose on pattern. Variegation can change as a plant grows, so what you see here is how each one looks now.
What comes with each plant
Every plant comes with a free Corm Keeper Display Rack in pink.
A closer look
We do not mass-release rare plants.
When something exceptional becomes available, our collector list hears first. Once a drop sells out, a restock is never guaranteed.
