THE COMPLETE ALOCASIA COLLECTION

The Alocasia Company exists because we could not find the plants we wanted anywhere else. What started as a personal obsession with rare and exotic Alocasia has grown into a private UK nursery specialising in the cultivars, hybrids and variegated forms that serious collectors actually want, rather than the mass-produced cultivars that fill every garden centre shelf.

Almost every plant here is grown on from corm at our own nursery, raised either from our mother plants or from corms collected from growers we trust. A smaller number of established specimens come to us as stem cuttings or tissue cultured plants that have already been grown on and acclimatised, and we establish those in our own substrates before they are listed, so they arrive settled rather than needing to recover. Either way, we know the origin, the parentage where it is documented, and the variegation expression of every specimen before it reaches you. Nothing is listed on the hope that variegation will emerge later.

Our full collection spans albo, aurea, pink and green-on-green variegated forms alongside some of the rarest documented hybrids available in the UK, including collector-grade specimens that rarely surface outside specialist circles. If you are serious about Alocasia, this is where your collection grows.
